Return Policy

Don't love it? We'll gladly accept your eligible return items within five (5) days after receipt of goods. In general, all sales are considered final.

Please contact us for a return authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without an RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined with 30 day of the receipt of merchandise. 

If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage that has not been reported.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Return Charges

Granny's Little Munchkins is not responsible for the expenses included in shipping. The buyer shall be responsible for the fees.

Credit Card Chargebacks & Scams

Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel, you must contact us by email within the same day the order was placed.
